Elizabeth McNulty | Partner
Elizabeth McNulty’s practice is focused on product liability and commercial litigation matters. Elizabeth has significant experience defending a variety of manufacturers across industry lines, including motor vehicles, motorcycles and off-road vehicles, sporting goods equipment, recreational and tow products, industrial and construction equipment, and other consumer products. She regularly consults with and advises manufacturers on the development and defense of product warranties, consumer manuals, warnings, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Elizabeth also has extensive experience advising clients regarding compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, the Lacey Act, California’s Proposition 65, and related federal and state regulatory issues and in working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission on product recall issues. In addition, she is experienced in defending class action and mass tort claims venued in both federal and state courts, and has overseen national and regional counsel defense programs implemented to manage repetitive litigation involving design, manufacture, and warnings defect claims.
Elizabeth has also represented clients in a range of commercial litigation matters, including those involving breach of contract, business-related torts, breach of warranty, covenants not to compete, and confidentiality issues.
