Anne Marie Ellis | OF COUNSEL
Anne Marie Ellis’ practice is focused on product liability and commercial litigation matters. Anne Marie has significant experience defending a variety of manufacturers including motor vehicles, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, sporting goods equipment, pharmaceutical and medical devices, and other consumer products. She also has experience representing amusement park venues. Anne Marie has successfully defended cases of all sizes including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. In addition, she counsels companies regarding the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act and Proposition 65.
Anne Marie has extensive experience with complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings, multi-party litigation subject to Case Management Orders, and Multi-District Litigation. Anne Marie also advises clients on a wide-range of discovery issues and procedures.
