Careers

Hewitt Wolensky is invested in promoting and fostering the growth, development and success of our associates with the idea that each will eventually be eligible for partner. Presently, associates are first considered for partnership after eight years of practice.

Compensation and Benefits
Associate compensation levels at Hewitt Wolensky are competitive with firms in the Southern California area. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:

  • An excellent 401(k) plan
  • Health plan with PPO and HMO options
  • Long-term disability insurance
  • Pre-tax flexible spending accounts for childcare and healthcare
  • Payment of annual state and county bar dues

Training
Hewitt Wolensky is dedicated to providing meaningful training and mentoring opportunities for all associates.  Associates are given major responsibility for matters, generally working directly with one partner on each case.
This allows for a significant amount of hands-on training at an early stage of career development. We are also committed to helping our attorneys hone their business development skills and offer access to training and resources tailored to achieving this goal.

We support attorneys participating in seminars and presentations provided through outside organizations. Many of our attorneys actively speak and publish on various legal topics and we encourage our associates to take advantage of such opportunities to strengthen their practice.

Joining Our Team
Although we do not engage in on-campus recruiting, we are always looking to add energetic, experienced litigators to our team. We welcome inquiries from attorneys who have graduated from top-ranked law schools across the country and who have large-firm litigation experience.

Please submit all inquiries and resumes to: careers@hewittwolensky.com.
